Khaki MTU

The khaki Moulage Training Uniform a medium weight 500 denier polyurethane coated nylon fabric with a Cordura weave. It offers and excellent resistance to fading, abrasion, rot and mildew. It is quick drying, and highly water repellent making it ideal for use over cold weather gear in wet or snowy environments.

Main body zippers for the front of the jacket, expansion panels on the sides of the coat and pants, as well as the inner legs of the pants are a YKK Vislon #5 two-way separating zipper. YKK® Zipper #5 Vislon zippers are made with Delrin plastic teeth or a polyacetal resin molded to the fabric tape edges. This construction makes them strong and practically weather proof, having been designed to resist damage from ultraviolet rays and corrosion.

Additionally the MTU bottoms include on the waistband one button for closure, a #5 brass zipper in the fly and a one-inch webbing cinch strap utilizing d-rings to adjust the fit for smaller individuals on the rear.

Each uniform comes with one complete kit of injures. Injuries are sewn with a Military Spec A-A-55126C, Type II, Class 1 hook that allows them to be secured tightly most soft sided materials. Used in conjunction with the MTU or spread out and secured to other simulated casualties with soft-sided loop wraps such as vel-stretch or ace bandages.

Lastly, each uniform comes with 20 trauma windows for customization. The 14 provided on the uniform and six additional panels for replacements or personal modifications. Additional panels may be ordered to suit your needs in a five or ten pack. Modification examples are shown below.
